Lotterywest was established in 1932 and runs the Western Australian state lottery. It is a statutory authority of the Government of WA and has offices all over the state.
The project comprised of the commercial fit out of two levels of the building, establishing an open plan office environment for the relocation of the team. It included the installation of new partition walls and suspended ceilings with feature timber plywood beam ceilings, which were designed and manufactured in the workshop before installation.
